does Speer Gold Dot only make their 124gr 9mm "Short Barrel" loads only at +P pressures? is there a 124gr @ standard pressure, or only 147gr?

Their website only lists the 124+p for PD and LE. That's the only load I see for short barrel 9mm Luger.
