Carl Bernosky won his second straight NRA High power title (http://www.myoutdoortv.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=434&Itemid=85) at Camp Perry, beating David Tubbs to win his 8th title overall.
The thing that caught my interest about it was that for the second straight year, Bernosky used a S&W M&P 15-based lower, with a custom White Oak Armament upper by John Holliger. Besides being one of the top service rifle shooters (http://clubs.odcmp.com/cgi-bin/nationalRanking.cgi?type=EICRIFLE), John has been building up a great reputation for making great barrels and uppers at White Oak. I don't advertise for him or anything, but I will say that my White Oak upper is the most accurate AR I own!
