The last time I went the range, WTBN wasn't even printing the data books out. Marines were responsible for printing and having their own from the link Failure2Stop gave.

You could probably print it out and have someplace like a FedEx Office, Staples or Office Depot bind it.

I've got an extra laying around DD. It may have some marking in it, I'll have to check. Shoot me a PM and I'll send it to you.
At least since 1989 WTBNs have not given data books out. It has been a unit responsibility to provide their Marines the books. You use to buy them from Servmart prior to the days of DaPS make them and you (or your MSC) MIPRing money to them to do it.

I am now officially old. All mine back to 2004 have instructions for iron sights only. None of this RCO witchcraft and ****ery! Nope, we used little bits of metal at either end of the rifle and lined them up with the target! That is after walking to the range 5 miles up hill in the snow. And we liked it!
