I am looking to get a new range bag. Right now I have a Blackhawk range bag that's ok for basic stuff but doesn't even have a place for mag holders.

I am thinking this Osage River range bag .... Thoughts or other brands and bags I should take a look at?

What's the price on that one?
Looks similar to Midways Competition range bag, which I have and really like. Also on sale now for $50

You can purchase seperate mag holder inserts that hold six mags.

I have 3 of these inserts and a range bag from them.

I have one exactly like the Midway except it doesn't have the Midway embroidered on the side. I love it. Wish I could remember where I got it.

Awesome glad to hear. Don't want to have to buy another one anytime soon.

I've been toying with getting an Essac Range Bag, 50cal, Loaded (http://www.esstac.com/#!range-bags/mqcsq) for ammo, mags, etc to go with my Tipton Range Box (http://www.amazon.com/Tipton-Range-Empty-Universal-Cleaning/dp/B002QBUM2C) that I use for cleaning equipment, tools and spare parts.

I really like my Vertx A-Range bag, although I got it as a gift (it is expensive).
It is extremely well-made (I had a Midway bag before) and well thought out.
A lot of pockets and storage solutions.

I just recieved an Eberlestock R1 Bang Bang range bag from Cabela's (had gift cards to burn and decided to get a spendy bag).

So far I'm pleased, it's a pretty large bag though. Large center compartment with adjustable dividers. Top flap also has a zippered inside pocket. At both ends the bag has two good sized pockets with pen holders, and what appear to be 2 magazine holders, at least they fit 20 or 30 round AR mags well. The pockets at the ends are large enough to swallow two sets of ear muffs, the afgormentiobed magazines, and some pens with room to spare. The front of the bag has another zippered pouch as well. The bottom is hard plastic, and has a zipper all the way around 3 sides of the base making for another compartment that is long and wide, but a bit shallow. Still enough room to cram 320 rounds worth of M855 white boxes into.

Additionally on the two long sides of the bag there are 2 straps on each side perfect for rolling up a jacket, or shooting mat. The exterior is also festooned with MOLLE attachment webbing, so if you need more magazine storage you can add more pouches to the exterior.

finally got my bag and I really like it! The one thing that killed me about my previous bag was no mag holders so they were always bouncing around all over. The middle pouch is big and holds plenty of ammo and other stuff I want to carry. Overall very happy with it and the quality seems good so far but only time will tell on that one

thanks! The part that annoys me is I was about to buy this one over the first bag I got but decided to save a little money ... no I have spent a lot more money than if I would of just got this bag to begin with haha

Yeah, I had almost made that same mistake, glad I didn't. At least you have a great bag now and ya didn't have to break the bank. I've had mine for sometime and it still looks new, except for cat hair, and dirt, lmbo!

I use a 5.11 all hazards prime as my range bag. Hands free carrying, more room, and they hold ammo mules.

wow that thing sure is nice, but I could not justify a bag being as much as one of my pistols haha.

maybe one day when I have some spare money around

It's nice bag, but I don't like ppl call everything "system".
