Sighting in the new scope and trying out a new trigger. The Wilson Combat TTU-Mil is awesome...but anyway.

Fired two ten round groups at 100 yards. First is supressor on, second is suppressor off. Gun is a built 18" with a Bartlien/Compass Lake SPR barrel, using the GA brake mount. Ammo was CBC/Magtech 77gr Mk262 clone-ish.

Accuracy w/o the suppressor is about what I expect for the gun with the ammo on hand. Its pretty hot stuff, clocks 2754 FPS.

I noticed when I went to take the suppressor off, it was a lot more loose than I expected, which suggests it backed off a bit while shooting.

Does anyone else have similar experiences with the SPR?

I'm going to try again tomorrow and test some 5 round groups, but a lot more with a lot more on/off...will update.

This is the reason I have been hesitant to pick up any of griffins taper mount cans, I don't trust them not to work loose without checking them occasionally. I have 2 of their M4SD-II cans that I like. But will probably spring for a 30SD before a RSTA

First time I shot with the can I didn't have an issue with it coming loose at all. If fact, it was the opposite. It seemed to get tighter.
