Which buffer with WOA Barrel?

I have an 18" White Oak Armament rifle length SPR barrel with a 1:8 twist. Does anyone know the best buffer weight to use with the Vltor or BCM A5 buffer system. This is my first build and I do not want to have to purchase several different buffers if I don't have to. Thanks.

If it was me (and not knowing what the exact port size is) I would go with the A5H2 and a green Sprinco spring. When we built the Axelson Tribute rifles which was an 18" barrel with Crane spec gas port we used that spec.

My 20" FN MILSPEC barrel with a .093 gas port easily pushes the A5H3 and Sprinco spring.
