View Full Version : Jesse James suppressor
I'm not about to pay $4,600 for a 556 suppressor, but does anyone have experience with this can? JJ is claiming 98 decibels at the muzzle?

In a polite tone. Neither Jesse, those numbers generated by his eyePhone, nor his potato dildo seem to be highly regarded.
But, if you actually buy one, lots of guys want to meter it with a real mil spec meter and mil standard procedure.
You might even be able to charge and recoup some of your loss
haha, I can't imagine ever buying one, but I just saw it and figured I'd ask if anyone has checked it out. I don't have much of an opinion positive or negative of JJ.

The problem is jjfu won't let anyone check it out and bitched out of a showdown with Liberty.
So nope.
ok, I didn't know that, awesome. lol.

Lols at the idea of making my rifle look like a RPG.

A chopper builder who decides one day to be a gun builder has nothing I'd be interested in firearm related. His 1911's start at 4k+

Anyone who'd pay 4k+ for his guns vs say Wilson, deserves what they get. Ugh.

The bikes he built were for folks that really don't ride them, more of a status symbol.
I look at his offerings in the firearms world the same way and maybe it was a way for him to get a Class III manufacture license or SOT.

He did let Clint from Falkor shoot it and he "raved" about how quiet it was but NO equipment for sound was there... I had a spat with good ol' Jesse via IG which promptly got me blocked. He's a supreme douche.
I see this, more likely, as he has a specific team of people who put them together based on his "ideas".
He's more likely to be the face of his own company while the brain is actually at work in the back.
He has some decent concepts, but I have a hard time taking that suppressor seriously for the price alone. We won't even begin on the aesthetics, or testing that has been done with it.
It's a monster. I can believe it is that quiet, but at that size, weight, and price, so what?
