Turkey seems to moving more and more toward a hard line islamic state over the last few years. Good thing the EU is moving as fast as they can to bring them into the fold.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has taken control of six churches in the war-torn southeastern city of Diyarbakir in his latest move to squash freedom of speech and religious movement.

The state-sanctioned seizure is just the latest in a number of worrying developments to come out of increasingly hardline Turkey, which is in advanced talks with the EU over visa-free travel for its 80 million citizens.

Included in the seizures are Catholic, Protestant and Orthodox churches, one of which is over 1,700 years old.

They have now effectively become state property - meaning they are run by the government - in a country with a dire human rights record where about 98 percent of the population is Muslim.

Those of you who belong to the Christian religion and follow End Times prophecies, check out several articles on shoebat.com for some revealing info on how Turkey may be the seat of the Antichrist. You are getting this info NOWHERE ELSE, as far as I know.

A spokesman for the President mentioned today that President Obama WILL NOT mention the Armenian Genocide in talks with
Turkey because he does not wish to make them angry.

Christianity is the most persecuted faith in the world. I admire the courage of Christians abroad for living their faith in real fear of death.

Sad to see the ancient Christian groups being pushed out or wiped out in the areas of Iraq and Syria. And I agree, the courage and strength it takes to try to practice Christianity while living in places like China, North Korea, Iraq, Syria, etc is amazing.

Try to be open-minded and read some of the articles on shoebat.com

There are many reasons why the EU theory has problems.

I'm not worried nor am I mad that Christians and Jews have been persecuted since the time of Jesus and since the time of Moses. Jesus Himself said that being a follower of him would not be popular and most would be persecuted, but following him we would inherit eternal life. Many of his followers (original disciples) were killed much like Jesus was. And he told his disciples that they would have to pick up there cross and follow him. Jesus told James that he would have his head cut off, after that, James asked about the others fate and Jesus said, don't worry about them, they have there own story. The bible doesn't say but research into old scrolls indicate that all the apostles died in horrible ways, crucified upside down, beat or decapitation and in public as to send a message. That's why it is important to live not for earthly rewards because god will surely burn everything of this world. Everything worldly that man cherishes will burn, but those who seek god and except Christ as our lord and savior will be given eternal life and be given eternal rewards that will not burn. Jesus said these things are things to come and are birthing pains of his return.

Amen.

Comes with the territory.

But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
