Marvel slide on a Kimber frame (no longer own the Kimber) with Gemtech Outback II.

A little louder than some of the other options in suppressed .22s (like the Walther or Ruger), but this way it's still a 1911. I wish I could find a way to lock the slide for single-shot use to make it quieter, but I'm fine with it if that never happens.

I'll play!

Nothing special, a TAC 65 22lr can that is USER SERVICABLE!

And an OD green Walther P22. I also have a black one, my little cousin loves the P22.

I do want one of those Ruger jobs, it would be a hell of alot more accurate...

My first love has always been the Ruger MK series. With that said, I really enjoy my Beretta 87T. Next on the list is a Ruger MK III with a GEMTECH Oasis. I also have a Marvel conversion for my WC CQB.

Ruger by DLO of 1919 Browning fame. Bull barrel with SS sleeve. Bead blasted flat. Volquartsen trigger, sear and bolt. Quietest pistol I have ever (not) heard.

Walther P22 with AWC Titan Three can in blackened titanium with Blast laser/light combo

Hold the slide closed with your thumb. Works great.

Rob- I've heard that cans with wipes are meant to be fired with a locked breech and those without wipes are meant to be efficient without a locked breech.

You have been misinformed.

I have tried that and it just doesn't work as well as advertised. What I'd really like is a way to disengage the internals of the thumb safety yet have the lever move up and lock the slide. That would be tits.

I don't know anything that technical about it. All I know is that this can works with the 1911 shown and with my .22 AR.
