If the prosecutor knowingly mislead the jury and misquoted the law in order to obtain a conviction, is this something that could get him dis-barred? Seems like some shady chit to me.
In WA law there is no obligation to "warn" the other party. The prosecutor is full of it in that situation. Based on what is in the article I still don't think shooting the drunk guy was the right choice when he could just go inside. I didn't read anything there that would have, IMO, justified that level of force. I new trial is the right call.
