Aero/BCM/Geissele build

Took a little longer than I wanted. Only thing I would change is bcg. Wanted to run a BCM. Nothing wrong with the aim though.

Aero upper and lower
Aero 14.5 mid-length barrel with pinned and welded BCM comp.
Geissele m-lok handguard
BCM charging handle and grip
BCM trigger guard
BCM A5 intermediate buffer kit
Aim surplus gen 2 bcg
Daniel defense fixed sights

Shot her today. Main gripe is the ambi safety. It is too wide for the receiver and The detent spring is a little long. Going to get a ol fashioned safety for her. But shoots great, ejection is good and trigger is not bad.

Which brand ambi safety did you originally use?

Currently debating if I want to go with one from BAD or just use an end cap.

Sorry for such a late response! Went with a bcm ambi. Safety. 2 things though, the aero lower is pretty narrow and I used a amazon special stainless detent/spring. So it was not necessarily the safety itself. Just it was too wide for my build and the spring/detent sucked. I went with a colt safety and dpms spring/detent. Works perfect now.

I would love a geissele trigger! They are my favorite actually. Funds are depleted right now sadly.

Thank you. I would like to add a light and a sling. My only concern is I do not know about the irons at nighttime. Always ran red dots before.

Thanks for the heads up! The more I shoot this the more it needs a trigger! The reset is brutal on it.

What LPK did you use? The Aero? My blackout build has the Aero LPK and its not my favorite.

I am really enjoying the irons on it. I would like a night sight front though. But these Daniel Defense are clear and super easy to pick up. If I do go with a optic it might be the Trijicon mro.
