Will Magpul followers work on these?

No the Lancer uses a thinner follower. I have 12 of the Lancers and non have had follower tilt issues.

I contacted Lancer for the ETA on their anti-tilt followers they're working on that I've been reading about. About a month ago, they estimated about 3 months out. Prototypes were being tested, but no production molds have been manufactured yet at that time.
That being said, I've never heard of any problems with their current follower. I have a few L5s but haven't gotten a chance to use them at the range yet.

I have been thinking about trying the Lancer but want to know if they are worth buying or should I stick to replacing my old GI ones with Pmags

My last trip to the range I put a few hundred rounds through Lancer mags with no issues. Would I prefer anti-tilt? Sure. Why? Because they don't tilt. But the lancer mags worked perfectly as they were and looked cool doing it.
