File Too Large ForATFONLINE

Trying to do a form 1 and the trust is 3.8 megs. Using pdfcompressor online only got it to 3.6 megs. Any suggestions? Wife can make it a docx file at work but I fear that will only make it bigger. What kind of joint cannot handle a 3+ meg pdf file?

Found a much better service at i heart pdf. Has several different ratios of compression.

split it in 2. mine is 5 parts. just be descriptive ie part 1 of X when you upload

I had to compress mine down so it wasn't the same resolution I scanned at. Still readable but not perfect copies.

If you scan it at 200dpi in B&W, you should be good to go. I got 30 pages in a single file that I think is actually <2MB that way. Even though it's just text, a color scan is 3x-4x bigger based on my experience.

I had no problems with my Form 1's being approved by splitting the document into multiple files and naming each file appropriately (ie: "XYZ Trust - 1 of 3" etc).

I just completed my application yesterday. My original trust pdf file was 7MB and compressed to 2.1 MB. Go here and select compress pdf at the top.

Just decrease the scanning resolution to 150 or 200. It's still readable but the file will be much smaller.
