I have a BCM upper with an 11.5 inch barrel. I'm looking for a two piece drop in rail with a fsp cutout. I'm looking for one that is 10 or 11 inches so that the flash hidder just sticks out past the rail. Any suggestions?

Centurion Arms made a carbine cutout with a 9.5 OAL. Your needs are very specific, and you may not find what you desire.
You may need to find a two piece handguard in the length you want, then use a rotary tool and a set of hand files to cut an opening for the post, as well as access points for the pins.

Other option is to get the Centurion 12" fsp and cut off the excess.

DD AR15 Lite 9.5 FSP will leave about 3/4 inch to the beginning of the flash hider, comp., etc.

There is DD if you are ok with changing out the barrel nut.

I have the c4 on one of my 11.5 and a 10" rail on the other. I'll snap a pic later for you, but it's barely noticeable and imho not worth reinventing the wheel for.

Another vote for the Centurion C4 cut out. Its easy to install and very solid.

Only problem is i belive they have been discontinued so finding one might be difficult.

So long as the front connecting screws are far enough back.

Only the fsp one is disco'd. The carbine and mid are available.

I wonder why they were discontinued. Seams there's not much other options for fsp cutout rails, and it looks like there's quite a demand for them.

I'm not opposed to swapping out the barrel nut or even chopping the front sight. Though I do like to keep it simple. Just trying to get suggestions as there doesn't appear to be a lot if options for rails with a fsp slot.

Have you checked out the Midwest industries fsp carbine rail?

Vltor CASV with cut-out might work for you.
Not a drop-in, but doesn't involve FSB removal.

Troy has a drop in free floating front sight cut out rail. Easy as pie to put in and very sturdy.

Top is 9.5", bottom is 10". Barely noticeable and no real practical diff for me.
