Guess I haven't been keeping up with current events, but I didn't realize that Mossberg made their own AR-15 style rifles until recently (seems like everyone but Kraft Foods is making AR's).

I would imagine that these are aimed at the hunter/weekend shooter. Interesting that the barrels are 1/8 twist - does Mossberg make their own barrels for these?

If it's anything like the rest of their guns I'm sure it is DPMS quality or worse.

Woah, hold on there, it has a phosphate/anodized barrel. That has to be good!

In all seriousness, you could probably get a Colt 6920 once all the bullshit calms down for about $100 more.

They are still ok, I don't think this panic buy is that bad.

I just got an oem2 for 765. Pick it up tomorrow.

My Mossberg 590A1's front sight is glued on. THe first time I racked the gun the front sight flew across the room.
