I have tried to search this but not having a lot of luck. I am looking for a decent sized pouch to add to the back of my battle belt( currently have an old blackhawk as well as a VTAC but plan on getting HPG recon belt) to use for hunting/hiking. I just need something to carry basic items like TP,wipes, gloves, ect for 1-5 mile hikes. Belt will likely be set up with pistol, 1 rifle mag, a bottle pouch and some kind, and a large pouch in back. I have gotten to where I like to wear the belts high like the belt on a hiking pack.

The only thing I have found so far that I liked was the vanquest 7x10 fat pack. I dislike this option for a variety of reasons including it being made oversees and being a blatant ripoff of the ITS pouch(though in a larger size).

I would love to find something that is about 7-8 inches wide by 7-10 tall or so but 4-6 inches thick instead of the 2.5-3 that is so common.

Blackhawk had a recon buttpack that was pretty big. Then there is also the issue army waist pack.

Crye has a 11x6x4 GP pouch that may work, but also take a hard look at the Emdom Fattie.

I've used the slimmer one for years and it's a great GP pouch that has some measure of organization.

Not sure exactly how much space you need, but pretty much any "admin" pouch should fit the bill. I have a cheap one with snap straps (so it can be easily pulled free of the belt, like an IFAK) that would be big enough to carry TP and gloves, plus a few other small things. It cost $12. Here's a link (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KBZ54Q4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). It's not "tacticool" or combat-proven, but it works.

For a water bottle pouch, I recommend HSGI's soft taco (https://www.highspeedgear.com/hsgi/soft-taco-11AT00.html). It's a good size for many common 20 oz. water bottles, a range-finder, a couple of spare magazines, etc.

The emdom look like it may be worth a shot. Would really prefer something not wider than 8-9" or so though. I like that it appears to be 6" thick. I am still looking but thank you for showing me that.

Like others have said, it really depends on how much space you need. The Emdom looks like a solid option. I've been using an ATS zippered utility pouch (http://atstacticalgear.com/zippered-utility-pouch/) (8" tall, 6" wide, 3" deep) on my belt, and it's been pretty useful for those random items.

Here's a pic of it on an older configuration of my belt (I'm 6"1, 222 lb for context)
