View Full Version : Low Profile Lightweight Gas Block?

While searching for a low profile, lightweight gas block for my BCM lightweight barrel, I've noticed there's two options.

One with screws that clamp the bottom, the other with set screws underneath the gas block.

Which is better, and why?

Set screw over clamp on, any day. That being said, I notice you say lightweight LP gasblock... Don't get an aluminum gasblock. Period. Don't know what the weight savings are but if it matters to you, go with titanium. Haven't been around a while so I'm not sure who else offers Ti GBs other than V7.
