"Shooter, possibly shooters, may have fled into subway. Transit shut down. Police urging people not to post pics or video showing police actions. - CBC"
There are reports of shooting at the metro station, which makes sense if they fled there.
As of just now:
"We are trying to get the situation under control. We don't know where the perpetrators are", says the spokesman of the Munich Police.

Yes, the CNN link I posted was incorrect.
Also on topic: reporting of 3 total shooters, 6 dead from the shopping mall shooting.
Police claim they don't know where the shooters are. Could be misinformation because the Police are also pleading with social media and the news to not post pictures of Police activities because that would give information to the shooters.

Reports of the gunman's behaviour were confused and contradictory.
A Muslim woman told CNN that she heard the gunman yell: "Allahu Akbar," yet video footage showed a gunman ranting against foreigners and Turks, suggesting a Neo Nazi attack.
Children were said to be targeted.

Currently there are 10 wounded being cared for in multiple hospitals
Public transport in Munich, with the exception of the airport, is shut down and the city is on "Lock Down"
There are rumoured to be between 1 and 4 shooters, with one reported dead
Police, doctors and nurses from the Bundeswehrkrankenhaus and specialist teams are surrounding the city
It appears the found dead person has had a red pokemon backpack similar to the red the person in the black t-shirt had which can be seen in the McDonalds video. Bomb squad is currently inspecting the backpack.

Yep, seems simple but in 1979 I learned the Iranian theocracy was NOT our friend.
On 2001 I learned that most Sunni muslims, but especially Wahhabist were NOT our friend.

The news is now saying that the Munich shooter had planned this a year in advance. He visited other shool shooting sites and practiced by playing 1st person shooting games.
