Can any one hear tell me if Sellier&Bellot small rifle primers are considered soft or hard primers?

I'm not sure, but may I ask why? I use almost any primer I can get for ball ammo, and save the TULA/WOLF for precision ammo.

i know they are harder than winchester primers ! I have had a couple light strikes as my Hammer springs are JP 3.5 Lb Springs !
