92FS complete in box.
An EL version. Italian for extra lusso, or however they say extra luxurious.
I need a gold topped cane and roll of bills to go with it.
Outer box is scuffed and beat,
Inner blue plastic box looks new,
All brushes, etc in box still in bags.
Gun looks like never shot or in a holster.

Shop called me when they got it in an EL.

Paid more than I like to for a Beretta,
But could not resist something that looked like it was bought 25 years ago and stuck in a closet.

I was hoping it would be an INOX one,
Was going to pass when it was blued,
And more "pimp" than my usual used and abused guns.
Then it was so new looking I could not resist.

So, yes the box is there. Just like the first Beretta I bought NIB in that timeframe.

Only older and more beat up.

The blue box looks like it has not even been opened that many times.

The gun does not even have a mark from the takedown lever being rotated.
I only looked in the pristine breech and did not take it down.
I will, but could not do it just yet. It has gone 25 years with no handling marks.

Mags are pristine with the fancy shiny bases.
Don't look like they have ever been loaded.

Like the mag that was in the gun, the parts were oozing clear clean oil. From areas you don't normally take down. My first 92 came this way,
But I would not have thought factory oil had not dried up by this point.

I was surprised it is a MD gun. I would have guessed they were Italian guns.
I am not well versed on cosmetic special editions.

It's of course the old, classic '
M9 style frame.
It has the M9 style rear sight.
With pristine NIB whiteness.

I want to get a look inside and see if any special detaile has been given to internal fit and finish like it has the outside. But I don't want to make that first takedown lever scratch just yet.

To be honest the first thing I did with my brig tac was toss it in a puddle to demonstrate its function as a working gun.
But I can buy one of those anytime.
This gun is not NOS.
It was offered buy a private owner at a gun show.
no dealer was really interested.
Except the guys that knew I would buy it.

I think the half dozen times I racked the slide today and decocked it is the majority of action it has seen.

That's an awesome looking pistol. I'm betting it looks even better in person.
