Anyone know what covers will fit these rails? Need to cover the sides (3 and 9 o'clock positions) for heat shield. Thanks!

So after a bit of research and advice from another AR forum member looks like the Centurion CMR panels will fit with some work. Need to ream out the holes in the panels and use the Mk1 hardware. I just order some of the CMR panels and will give it a shot. Here's what it looks like:

Good find, I will give CMR rail panels a try too. may be get some extra screws.

I believe the KAC URX 3.X panels will work also with minor modifications.

Are you shooting some crazy firing schedule? Some D60 mag full auto dumps? I have many Mk1, Mk3, Geissele SMR's for many years now. Many classes and thousands of suppressed rounds and have never needed a heat shield. Sure barrels warm up, but I have never thought, man, I need a heat shield...

Not shooting anything crazy just wanted some panels for when the rails warm up.
