reloading dvd suggestion

I have been looking and can't find a good post on this issue. Can anyone suggest to me a good reloading dvd. I have already read the ABC's of reloading, but i would still like to see a legitimate demo b/f I start (I don't consider YouTube Legit, although i've seen quite a few demos on there). My intent is to reload .223 for my bushmaster m4/a3, so whatever video you think would help me out the most with that would be great. Please only respond if you have actually seen the video.

You won't find a whole lot out there. If you peruse the forums, pick up a few good manuals, and watch a couple of youtube videos then you should be good to go. Plenty of people on here started reloading safely w/o a DVD to walk them through the process.
