Complete BCM, but I bought the upper and lower separately. The rail was installed by me. The lower is not a blem. Has the BCM comp permanently attached, PNT trigger and a BCM Mod4 CH, BCM Short Vertical grip, Larue Index clips, DD Rear sight, and Surefire M300A in a Gear Sector Mount. Only selling because I am moving soon and probably won't get to shoot a rifle again for a billion years.

I had to alter a tiny bit of the rail so it did not touch the bayonet lug. It is almost entirely unnoticeable and was refinished with aluminum black, but I wanted to be open about it to avoid the headache with that guy.
