I have this T.Rex Arms Sidecar appendix holster for sale. It fits the Glock 19/23/32 size frame with a mounted Inforce APL light (not included). It will fit a Glock with a slide-mounted optic, but an optic is not required. The holster also includes an integrated magazine carrier, and a "Raptor Claw," which hooks on the inside of your belt to push the grip closer towards your body, improving concealment. It's right-handed, with 1.5" belt clips.
The holster is indistinguishable from new, I carried it once and decided it wasn't for me.
