So i traded into one of these chest rigs today, i know nothing about them kinda new to it, just wondering if it's a good made rig? I traded a new psa bcg for it, i'm about to be doing alot of hog hunting on a guys farm and figured it would work great with a water bladder for long days out..

It is a solid rig and the guy that designed it is a member here. More info here: http://www.03designgroup.com/reviews/bcm-03-msf-chest-harness.

I haven't seen it offered for sale from BCM in years. The on line reviews of it that I read were positive.

I think i'll keep it since i didn't have anything in the bcg i traded for it, the guy said he bought 3 of them years back and this one was new and it looks it, seems to be made really well, i'm thinking of getting some type of body armor but not sure if i want plates and a carrier or go with some soft body armor, i like the idea of steel plates but after feeling the weight of my buddy's not sure if i could handle it until i got into better shape lol, i'd rather have soft body armor as to have steel plates and have to start stripping weight because i'm exhausted in a bad situation..I don't know what brands to be looking at.
