Aimpoint mounts?

I was just watching the videos at http://www.downrange.tv/show2/ and in episode 4 at just after the 5 minute mark the demonstrator displays 2 mounts, one for weaver and one for picatinny. However I can't find any information anywhere on these two mounts. Anyone have additional info?

That is Aimpoints new QD lever design. To my knowledge, it has not been released as of yet.

Thanks. Do you know if American Defense mounts are both picatinny and weaver compatible?


They are Picatinny only.

Look for the new LRP and LRW mounts to be released in the very near future. They are currently being "shaken down" by real deal guys in real deal areas.

Thanks for the info. I received a few emails from an Aimpoint rep that were also very helpful. Now about that T1 with 2moa....:) Hopefully not straying off to far here...
When comparing the 2 MOA dot to the 4 MOA dot side by side, the difference is very minimal, nearly indistinguishable.
