ACR Question

I was at the range with a buddy today getting his ACR dialed in. I have a lot of time on the M-16 platform but none on the ACR. With both iron sights and an Aimpoint T-1, we were getting 5-6" groups with American Eagle 55-grain ammo at 50 yards and failures to fire with Hornady TAP.

What do I need to know about the ACR?
