I'm looking to add a large 10"x4" POLICE patch to my active shooter plate carrier. I cannot find any MOLLE mountable patch panel in those dimensions. Any ideas?

Google shaddox tactical. They make airsoft stuff but their molle Velcro adapter panel mvap is decent.
