A buddy of mine got a hold of a 14.5 inch upper and, he has no idea (or do I) what to look for when it comes to detrimental wear on the upper. He has stated that the exterior finish is in great shape but again has no idea of the round count. A few words of advice would be greatly appreciated.
I know the basics of what to check but that is about it.
