This is a Gen 3 (latest gen) Midwest Industries 15" extended KeyMod freefloat handguard for AR15s. It has the locking piece that interfaces with the upper to prevent the handguard from rotating. Includes everything that comes from the factory, like barrel nut wrench, KeyMod pic rail, and little vial of green Loctite (not shown). Has been installed and used a bit, but is in excellent condition.
