Anyone have any experience with the cz p-01 omega? I would like to pick one up but can not find one....anywhere. I like the p-01 but am interested in one with the omega trigger system.

I'm also very interested in one once I get back to a state that doesn't have a roster of "approved" handguns for purchase. The Omega model does seem particularly rare, though.

I had a P-02 (the original P-01 Omega) and it was a great piece. The only issue I had was called sear bounce. Every once in a while I would have a full auto. I would hope it has been fixed in the new one.

They come into the country in batches. It is certainly not a common model. You may want to contact these two companies.

Not to start anything, but what about the CZ P-07. It would seem to be about the same pistol except for the polymer frame or am I missing something more special about the P-01 Omega?

Have a p-07. The p-01 is aluminum framed and is a very smooth shooting pistol. I like my p-07 but it is not anything to brag about. If you have shot both, you would understand.
