best factory AR-15 dollor for dollar

Ok I have quite a few AR's i've built but I have never bought a factory built AR since 1976. I have a friend who was a former anit-gunner (final changed his mind after shooting mine) and now wants one. he doesn't want to build one even though I offered to help. So what I'm asking is what is the best AR-15 dollar for dollar under $930?
