This is the single lever QD low mount for most ACOGs (works with 2 and 3 hole 3x30 4x32, etc., as seen here;

This mount is new. I installed my ACOG on it, put it on the rail of one of my rifles and decided the mount was too low for my taste. It is too late for me to return it. It has never been on a rifle when it was being fired. Please reference photos for condition.
