RA9T or P9HST2

Just wanted to know if there was much difference between
RA9T and P9HST2.

The HST seems to be known for better construction, as in it's not a bonded round but acts pretty similiar. Not saying Talon isn't a good round, more noting what I consider to be an advantage. I choose HST but would go with a bonded round in its place before going to Talon.
