I've been lurking the forum for a few months now but never got around to posting, so here goes!
New guy from Texas, main interest is in WWII firearms but recently built a M16A1 clone and have fallen in love with it.
I also own a Rock River AR which I've been pretty pleased with!
Here to learn how to get the most out of these rifles!

Welcome to the forum. Nice looking work you did on your build. Do you introduce yourself over on the "Welcome to M4C/Intro" thread? Usually guys coming out of the shadows will post there and say a little bit about themselves, well like you did here. Anyway, check your PM, going to send you something on lights.
Nice photos too btw. I like the steel pot. Nice touch.

Just responded to your PM, thank you very much!
I looked for a welcome forum but I must have missed it! Whoops!
Is there any way a mod can move this to the welcome forum?

Parts are getting kinda hard to find and pricey, but it's definitely worth it. This is the only rifle that goes on every single range trip. I love it!

Same here, been catching myself looking at A1 kits as of late and think my next build will have to be one. Looks great and welcome.
Very nice vintage sticks ya have there
