Swapping my ambi safety selector to other side?

Hi. Sorry if this was posted before, but I searched, and couldn't find an answer. I have a Colt LE6920 Socom 2013 config. I am left handed, and am wondering if I can switch the Colt ambi safety around so that the short selector is on the left side of the rifle so that I can have the long one on the right. Would this work, or would I need to go to the aftermarket?

I don't have one but the picture in the link shows that there is a detent groove on the long lever side of the selector. So it would be reversible.

For several years the Colt single side safeties have been reversible. Seems to me their ambi might have the same barrel. I'd take the safety out and see if it has detent pockets on both sides.
