Question: Hidden Mag Pouch

Has anyone here ever seen or heard of a molle pouch for a single pistol magazine that completely hides the mag? I'd like to find something like that for a sling pack.

Look for multi tool pouches they typically have a velcro or snap cover that would hide all but maybe the baseplate.. I think Tactical Tailor makes pistol mag pouches with velcro covers as well.
