"In the spirit of women and their allies coming together for love and liberation, we offer 'A Day Without A Woman,'" the organizers said in an Instagram post.

I have a feeling that I will be supporting an Alaskan At Will Employee Day on March 9th.

I have guns, the internet, and a GateBox.....what am I missing out on again?

Also ever notice how young chicks with great attitudes don't have the same problems as barren, over the hill frumps?

Just food for thought

I'm guessing that if the women in the video decide to take a day off from their men, we will hear that line from Monty Python's "In Search of the Holy Grail"

"And there was much rejoicing."

Caveat - I'm not any of those used up women even have men. OTHF (Over The Hill Frumps) new acronym.

Does this mean if I try and make changes to my auto insurance policy I should call on that day so I don't have to deal with Miss "I don't want to put down my donut and have to do my job"?

Cool . . . maybe Madonna can threaten POTUS's life and family, Ashley Judd can womensplain her menstruation shame, have a convicted torturer and murderer of a gay man tell us all we're evil, and a couple hundred thousand feminazis can lockstep dressed up like vulvas again.

We're only in our second month of 2017 and the left has not even begun to show us the extent of their lunacy.

As for "a day without a woman" um yeah that's why porn is a billion dollar industry, thanks for nothing ladies.

You just described my lunch hour yesterday...
I had to really bear down in order to not begin swearing at someone on the phone.

I work in commission sales. If the lone female who works for us takes the day off, I'll take her clients and commissions. If she no-shows with no call in or vacation request she can be fired. It won't happen though because she's a worker and has a family to provide for.

On a more serious note, if they want to "strike" cool. Other than seeing a bunch of loons or OTHFs on the news the world will not slow down. Just like when they had their march those still at work will pick up the slack and keep going, just with a little more animosity toward their co-workers who bailed on them.

Let 'em. Our efficiency and output will only go up.

In all seriousness, they think this is a statement. Aside from CNN covering it, honestly, no one cares but them.

I'm pretty sure the women here will still come in to work. Well maybe the super-annoying one with the dyed lesbo hair and tattoos that refuses to STFU about politics even though the vast majority don't want to hear it while on the job. If she doesn't come in that day, well... "Bye, Felicia."

This is one of those "let the children throw their tantrum" moments. Don't go there with them, just let them make fools of themselves.

The post also voiced support for another strike, the "National Day of Action to Push Back Against Assaults on Democratic Principles," set for Friday.

Just rolls of the lips.

We'll if you are going to buy or make a labia dress, you might as well get a couple of uses out of it.

These names are getting crazy. "Hate Has No Home Here" and all these crazy groups with odd names. How about "Americans Against Bad Stuff"?

So a bunch of useless people will get all 'empowered' and real women will go to work.

Nothing like bona fiding your pro-democracy credentials by try to delegitimize a democratically elected govt.

My work is a tad over 85% female for over 5000 employees. If they all left there'd be much rejoicing; however, the cricket sound would drown out what few guys are left to do the rejoicing.

Just one day? Go big or go home.....

How bout permanent strike....Lol

I feel like my story is relevant to this topic and I would like to share. I am married to a very intelligent, very type-a, administrator at a very good size company career woman. She has a lot of very type A, intelligent, corporate career woman friends. I love her to death. I really do. Sometimes I want to smother her with a pillow, but, she is what she is.

They, the type A, I Am Woman hear me roar, like to make decisions. But, only when there's no really severe consequences tied to their decisions. They like the thought of being independent, they wanted to do their own thing, Drive their own cars, do this and that. But, the problem with women's lib, it is not is that is not compatible with Biology. Everyone wants to act like we're all the same. That's ridiculous. Everyone has different skill sets. Men have different skill sets. Women have different skill sets. People within their own gender have different skill sets. Just like I'm not a rocket scientist, the next dude may not necessarily be able to grow corn or hablor Espanol like I do either. To think anything else is simply retarded, and illogical.

The one constant that I've noticed time and time again, is that the ladies always wanted to decide, but when it's a really tough decision. They don't want to make it. They want somebody else usually a man to make it. I run this into this with my wife constantly. Other day she said she wants a different house. I say great, figure out a way to pay for it. And the look I got was unbelievable. Then I mention, she doesn't even like to clean the house so we have now. I usually clean it. You want a bigger house to clean? Her solution was a maid, or cleaning service. I said great, can you come up with a way to pay for the house and the cleaning service?

She talks about a new car. I said great, go buy one. All of a sudden it's blank stares.

Not being sexist, or a bigot, just stating my experience, is that women like to be in charge when it's convenient and when it suits them. My wife doesn't want to be told what to do. So I turn the tables on her, and I am met with what is deeply rooted in biology. It stares me in the face every day. That, and the regular Fitness tests that I get from her. LOL. Say what you want folks, but you can't outrun biology or genetics.

Go on strike. Claim sexism. That's fine, you are absolutely allowed to do that. But don't be surprised when you come home, and there's snow on your car or would that needs split, or a toilet that needs fixed, or a bill that needs, or a battery that needs change, or at transmission replaced, that you have to do yourself, and you look at your husband's like can you take care of that for me. And he looks at you like, nah, you can do that sweetie. We're equals remember?

I'm not saying that women belong in houses or kitchens either. In fact, I'm a better cook than my wife is. That really bugs her too. So I told her, do something about it. Oh yeah right? You would thought I just asked for continents to get moved. Women tend to like to bitch, but actually doing something about it isn't necessarily something that they are really big on.

Men tend to be problem solvers. Women just want to talk about things, that's where the conflict arises. You presenting problem to some guys, chances are he just wants to solve, so he can go about his day. Go have a beer go shoot guns go do whatever. Most women like to just get bogged down in the stress of things. Most men, just don't really care. Mostly. Not always. But most guys.

I should have paid more attention to my mother-in-law to know what I was in for. LOL.

They'll be strong, they will go March, they will claim sexism. But after that all said and done, they're still going to want money from you. And a house, and a car, and you go buy them shit, and make him feel special, and yada yada yada. And then they never want to get naked with a guy, and they wonder why the struggle is so real?

So ladies, go do that. I'm going to go load up my kids the boys and the girls and probably taken up go shooting and do some fun stuff instead. Grab Life by the gato.

My spousal unit is different. I. That she doesn't line up at the start line, bit when the gun goes bang, expect you to start running. That kinda how I pick up what you're putting down. Might be off but I think I understand. Anyway, my wife expects decisions to be discussed, but the final decision esta with me. She doesn't pretend it's any other way. That is not to say that I always do what I wan or think is bet. Sometimes she's just right, and her path is the correct path. But she expects that feedback or final decision to come from me. She doesn't act like she wants to run things and then balks. That's also isn't to say that she's not a real PITA sometimes...especially when I want gun stuff but it's not in the budget. (Go figure!). But she's solid as they come and she puts up with my crap which is no small feat. She wouldn't be caught dead at this March or strike nor would she be one to hangout with these types of women. She would end up pissing them all off because invariably she would tell them just how full of the stink-poo they are and what bridge they should go jump off of immediately while wearing cement Nine West shoes.

I have given up hope that the formation of a truthful, logical, sound argument will EVER, and I do mean EVER, find fertile soil to grow in their minds. All we have to so is look back at their keynote speakers (terrorist, communist) they had t the last stupid march, and all we have to do is listen to Judd or Madonna spew garbage to realize their brains and souls are putrid and rotting. To the point that they can't even see the inordinate hypocrisy of their entire movement. They are just getting started.

AWE dammit!!! I'm going to have to make my own sammich that day???

Oh wait. Nevermind… I'll just order pizza. Or maybe Thai food. Haven't had that in a while.

Also, does anyone know how late this shindig is going to go? Because if its past five, then I can get a lot more done in my day without anyone calling to see when I'm coming home. :)

My wife thinks these women are crazy POS. Like me, she doesn't understand exactly what they are protesting. Is Trump threatening to take away women's rights or something? If he is, we seem to have missed that speech.

You and your wife are defective. Like my wife and I....you guys are also missing the
ID 10 T chromosome.... It's thought to be hereditary...And unfortunately it does not appear that a pill or shot that can fix that.

I once tried to explain this to a girlfriend years ago…

I asked, "If you get a flat tire, who do you call?"
GF: "You." "Or my Dad."
Me: "If I get a flat tire, who do you think I will call?"
GF: "Umm…. AAA?"
Me: "No. I get out and put the spare on and then drive to the tire shop for a repair or replacement." "I don't call anybody unless its to tell someone I'll be a few minutes late due to a flat tire."
Me: "You see the difference here?"
GF: "No. Not really. What does this have to do with equality?"

Facepalm. End of discussion.

Women are wired different. My wife unplugged the water cooler:
ME: Why's the water cooler unplugged is it broke?
HER: No, it needs to be sanitized.
ME: Okay.
ME: Two weeks later I get my panties in a wad and get online to figure out how to clean it, because I'm tired of not having my cold water.
HER: Oh, you cleaned the water cooler, I was going to, but didn't know how.
ME: Do you think I was born with that knowledge? I looked it up in the manual online.
HER: Don't be that way.

I am married to a unicorn. I have zero complaints with my wife. (and, no, she is not standing behind me while I type this)

Today I had to cover for one of my truck drivers. This involved stopping at a dozen vendors for my business and pick up inventory from them. Every single place I go to has a woman operating the office, and some women are even involved in the warehouse/forklift end of things. I tried to stir the pot today with the whole March 8 strike thing and I couldn't get any of them to take the bait. Every single lady I talked to thought the entire thing was disrespectful to women and did nothing to make this country a better place. I heard a lot of comments like "stupid bitches" and "those f*ckers" from some usually reserved ladies today. It did my heart good to find out that the hard working ladies I do business with aren't buying into this bullshit.

Ahh for all the grief I get from my wife. 99% of the time she's right. It really pisses me off too. She like NEVER screws up. And when she does, I end up doing somethign stupider. (Yes I said stupider) and end up still on the short end.

Invariably it's because she's just a better human than I am.

Although sometimes I do long for when I was hooked up with TPQ.... (Trailer Park Queen) Then, I had someone who was generally worse than I was and did a good job at making me look good.... but as you can probably extrapolate, there are some significant negatives that go along with staking your claim with a TPQ.

She was a former "masseuse" who made some wise real estate investments in Austin. Sold all that and bought a trailer park.

She moved to Hawaii and just lives there. Doesn't work. Her TP works for her. Still glad I dumped her though.

This is just getting ridiculous. How exactly has Trump hurt women's rights in any way? My wife is a registered NICU nurse. She makes the same amount of money that I do as a licensed civil engineer. She'll be giving birth to our first child in early April and is currently on modified bed rest. She's getting paid through short term disability and paid leave. She's on FMLA leave, guaranteeing her job when she comes back from maternity leave. We make decisions together (although she usually defers to me after giving her opinion and input, which typically correlates with my own). She makes dinner, and I wash dishes. I take care of her, and she takes care of me. I'm better off for it.

Thankfully, she was raised by a very conservative and Christian family, so her values match up with my own. She thinks this whole thing is just as ridiculous as we do.

I dunno. Trump's De-Feminization Act of 2017 has been pretty good so far. I bought four virgins for my Harem the other day and it only cost me 10 goats.

They even branded and microchipped them for free.

I think one might be slightly older than advertised age of 25 but she'll be my knockaround/truck woman.

Yep, they just EO'd that one right into existence under cover of darkness

There are three women in my office. All of them vote Republican consistently, and all of them consider this "war on women" garbage to be complete BS. That's the world of finance though. Hard to hunt down a real liberal in this business, at least in Virginia...
