Neither candidates are perfect, but from points listed, I know who I will NOT be voting for.

PROS:

- Regarding the Supreme Court case District of Columbia v. Heller, McCain signed a friend-of-the-court brief urging the Supreme Court to overturn the District of Columbia gun ban.
