Ideas? The picatinny rail sections are screw on key mod and not related.

Looks like a cheap Chinese handguard.

Definitely don't pay $90 for it! ALG Defense makes great, fairly similar handguards (in form) for just a few bucks more, and they're outstanding quality.

I have 7 ARs from $500 up to a very special Larue AR-10.

Please note the top rail is not to spec, there is not enough clearance under the rail. Some sights or accessories might not fit.
