Anyone ever heard of this company before? I see they have Multi-Cal lowers for sale on AIM Surplus for $99.

I stumbled across that last night looking for a lower for a friend.
They seem pretty nice looking. Was thinking of getting one myself.
I am sure they are good to go. $99 seems to be about the going rate
for inexpensive lower from vendors that have them in stock right now.

The QC manager for Aero Precision posts on TOS as JavaBill2, and has provided quite a bit of info regarding how these lowers are manufactured. Maybe someone should invite him here?

From a thread over there:
The uppers and lowers are forged, and they are cut on a Mazak Cell with three Horizontal mills. The takedown pin bores in the lowers are machined undersize then honed to size. The magwells are CNC broached so that we can achieve a very good surface finish and yet tightly control magwell position and size. All the part markings are CNC engraved. Quality is controlled with a CNC Coordinate Measuring Machine. As far as any interoperability questions are concerned, we can't maintain a library of every possible combination of upper and lower. However they are fully Armalite spec lowers

Evidently, they're building .308 lowers, as well:

I believe they make the lowers for Noveske N6 as well. I was also told that they make Spike's Tactical lowers.

Isn't this Dillon Precision in Scottsdale, AZ? Or am I confused?

No it looks like they are out of Tacoma, WA. Hope they make the 308 lowers before the elections. Might have to pick up a couple lowers.

I've seen the .308 lowers for Aero Precision. I was thinking of picking one up just for the option of being able to build a .308 later on.

I am pretty sure they make chain guns too.

Ventura where did you see the 308 lowers at? And Fringe I believe you are thinking of Dillon Aero.

I'm not Ventura, but the photo I posted was snagged from Gunbroker.

That's it. Thanks for the correction.

I sure wish they'd make a lower that accepted the Armalite AR-10 upper but used the original AR10/SR25 mags.
