Noveske Gen II Stripped Lower Receiver (out-of-spec)

A few years back, I purchased this NIB-at-the-time stripped lower from an M4C member. I finally got off my ass earlier this week with completing it, only to discover that it is slightly out-of-spec. I tried four different uppers (Colt, LMT, and 2 Noveskes's) and the game stopper for all of them was the rear take down pin....I couldn't get it to go all the way through. I've now stripped the LPK out, and have no use for the lower.

I have no idea how to price this item, nor do I know if anyone would even want it, so I'll just throw "$150 OBO + shipping" out there and see what happens. I will ship to your door if you reside in Texas, but will not ship to AK, HI, or CA.
