I purchased a Colt lower and installed in it was a Colt Trigger from the acurized rifle. Is this trigger only installed in the acurized rifle or can I buy another for my other colt. It seems to be very crisp and smooth.

I would call SAW and see what they say about the trigger. You may be able to get another from them.
is that the colt competition trigger?
Is the Colt competition trigger a single- or double-stage?

IIRC, it is single stage.

It's single stage smooth as could be.

It is basically a standard AR trigger but it has a finish (can't remember if it's hard chrome or electroless nickel) that makes it much lighter and smoother than normal. It also has a lighter weight hammer (doesn't have the tail on the rear) and a slightly heavier hammer spring.
It's not a 'real' match trigger but it's much nicer than a stock trigger without sacrificing anything in reliability.
