It's rather interesting that a Private Detective, a former homicide detective at that is on the case, but it has seemed to be written off as a crime almost immediately.
Clear signs of a struggle, multiple contusions and two bullets in the back, but all of the jewelry, the watch and wallet stayed with the body..

Dirty house could be the reason, or embarrassment that they possibly got him killed. This will be one of those cases that will only ever be speculation, power that be do not want the public to know the real answer.

Maybe they don't want to be the next suicide incident or be responsible for the death of a third party. Maybe they know this is another never ending JFK conspiracy theory and want to move on. Maybe they think he was a deuche. Too many maybes and not enough facts to base conclusions on.

That was one of my first thoughts as well. I might be going way out on a limb, but it almost feels like the family has been given some kind of 'incentive' to not dig in any further (ie very large money bribe or death threats)....
At any rate, this whole killing stinks to high heaven, and the "mugging gone wrong" narrative is complete BS. This was a targeted hit plain and simple

For months, right-wing media outlets have floated unproven theories that Rich was the person who provided Wikileaks thousands of internal DNC emails, and that his death might have been connected with the supposed leak.
No real evidence has been provided to support such claims and Washington's Metropolitan Police Department, which continues to investigate the murder, says there is evidence to suggest he may have been the victim of a botched robbery.
That quote simply doesn't address the facts. Remarkably there is less evidence against a Trump/Russia alliance to take Hillary out of the election, but, well, ummmm.

I'm not prone to tin foil hat stuff, and don't think 9/11 and inside job nor any of the recent mass shootings were false flags, nor even willing to take the full leap HC ordered by her own hand the death of this kid, I simply can't put the fact patterns of his death down to coincidence. It does not pass the smell test and should have been a major investigation by the feds, perhaps even a specific fed team to leave no stone unturned. It would seem hardly a pebble moved around on this one and his family being ok with that is just bizarre. Maybe some of these new facts coming to light and a new admin may see some new momentum in the investigation, but I'd put this one on the back burner compared to Benghazi.

How many robberies go unsolved in the D.C. area? How many robberies go unsolved due to no evidence (video, prints....)? How many go unsolved cause nobody rats out the robbers? I'd bet it's a lot. Friend of mine got a gun stuck in his chest by a punk not long ago. Early AM on way from parked car to office. No witnesses, no cameras, no nothing. Took his wallet, briefcase and watch. Never solved even though it's a safe bet that at least the watch was pawned.
Some kid tries to rob this dude. Things go south for whatever reason and dude gets shot. Robber runs and just once in their idiotic life does the smart thing and keeps pie hole shut. Not impossible.

Why, exactly, did the previous administration literally go buck ****ing wild ordering upstream collection of US individuals NOT IN CONTACT WITH FOREIGN ACTORS in the weeks leading up to the election?
Starts to make one think, if Seth Rich is the leaker, this is bigger than just a simple murder investigation...
