I believe CZ has such a beast in their SP01 or phantom series.

There is the M&P with the optional thumb safety and the XD with optional thumb safety.

What else am I missing?

Thanks.

Heckler & Koch P30S and P30LS.

And the USP and USP Compact.

CZ P-09. (The SP-01 and Phantom are metal framed)

Polymer frame, great SA trigger, can be cocked and locked (parts are included if not already installed and it's a 3 minute swap), 19+1 capacity in 9mm.

Actually the Phantom WAS a polymer SP01 basically BUT they were discontinued probably 6 years ago.

The P09 is a great pistol. I have an Urban Grey model and it shoots great. The recoil and muzzle flip is less then my Shadow Custom.

I do not like the V1 safety levers on the Hk's. they are in the wrong place for me and I'm always causing the gun to decock and it digs in my thumbs.

I think CZ resurrected the Phantom?? The STI 2011 series is a double stack SAO based on the 1911.

CZ P09 OR P07 are great, I have a few. Carry either with decocker or safety. You could also look at the grand power line. I have the p1, it's a nice shooting gun

Phantom was never C/L. It is a decocker model. Clones have many versions and are completely reliable, accurate and have very positive safeties. HK and FN make excellent options.

I also agree with the HK USP or P30. I prefer the P30 variant without the safety lever.

IWI Jericho 941 PL. Just another option. Essentially a copy of the CZ with a poly frame that can be carried in condition one. They are not horribly expensive either.

M&P with a thumb safety count?

M&P with a thumb safety count?

In my opinion yes. Without the safety I consider it a SAO with a lot of take up.

You can swap the detent plate on the HK USP pistols and it will disable the decock function of the levers. That way it will only function as a safety. The part is inexpensive; Only 9.95 from HKparts. It is an easy fix if that is your only complaint.

Does striker-fired really count as C&L?

I mean, y'all are counting M&Ps and XDs, I guess so, unless y'all also mean that it's a fully-tensioned striker. In that case, there's also:

Sig P320/M17
Ruger SR9/SR9c
Ruger 9E
Ruger American
FN FNS-9/FNS-9C
H&K SFP9/SFP9 SK
Beretta APX
Honor Defense Honor Guard
Grand Power K100

Not a very accurate description.

Call HKUSA first, I bought some of those plates to make my HK45c a decocker, they're about $1.50 each from them, (if I remember correctly, anyway, they were inexpensive)but shipping is $10 for any order. Hk parts.net has always been way overpriced on parts, I'll use them only as a last resort.
