I believe anyone with a CAC can access Milbook (on www.milsuite.mil) and the Army recently implemented this system to source ideas from the formation. So far, it looks pretty awesome and there are already ideas under review. I'm working 12 hour shifts right now so I've spent a lot of time on it. You can create an idea and vote and comment on the ideas of others. Some of it is kind of entertaining, but there are two ideas that I want to bring attention to. One (not mine) is about allowing personnel to carry on post. There are some votes in favor, but I hope there will be many more. One guy commented against it so the more support in the comments, the better. Also, my idea was just posted. Its about a DA level marksmanship school to increase overall proficiency with the M4. Ideally, it'd be run similar to Air Assault where it can be permanently hosted at several garrisons. Please give it a look and support if able. Even if you don't agree with either entirely, vote your support and then address your concerns in the comments.
