Can anyone weigh in on an updated release date? It was originally due late 2016, then early June 2017, then early July...

The Salient involvement, unique action, bore action all make me think this pistol is more than a special snowflake, like the Sphix SDP. The website claims a prototype is at 15k rounds with no stoppages. Could this be the new standard?

The fact that Salient Arms is involved leaves me very suspect that it will ever be reality.

Exactly.

We'll have plasma rifles in the 40 watt range before Salient ever manages to release the Stryk B.

Well, according to their latest info it has been approved by the ATF and currently shipping from Germany. It is "Supposed" to be at dealers by mid-October. We shall see...
