Russian AK47 Rifle Red Classic,From Atlantic Firearms

Anyone know anything about the quailty of this rifle? Its a Saiga supposedly converted by Red Jacket Arms to be the Classic Russian AK-47 with the red wood.Which all sounds and looks good,but I'd like to know if anyone has one or can tell me if their worth the $849.00 price tag?

i read the descriptions for several converted rifles/shottys that atlanic is currently offering. some are explicity stated as being red jacket conversion. this is not. id call blaine at atlantic to get the skinny on who converted it.

I did call in regards to who converted the rifle. I'm not sure who I sopke with but the guy had said he would not tell me who did the conversion because the company that does the conversions doesnt want anyone calling them with questions?? Which I thought to be a bit odd considering the rifle costs 849.00

Will at Red Jacket is well respected in the AK community as a builder. I own one of his, and have been to his shop. Anything Will touches is good to go.
