Plenty of blame to go around, but none for the candidate herself?

Clinton blames everyone but herself in this memoir of a failed Presidential candidate. I guess this is what happens when the losing candidate tries to publish a book complaining about losing an election. I don't think I've seen this before in my lifetime. Don't bother buying it now, the book is garbage, just terrible. BUT, if you have a passing interest in reading it, just wait a few months, the half price book stores will be flooded with them. I'd bet they'll even have some autographed copies there. Yes. It's that bad.

I read this book hoping to gain some key insight into the Clinton campaign, but instead all I got was a muddled mess of excuses for the supposedly most qualified candidate ever to run for president losing to someone who had never run for any office. Throughout the book, Hillary can't comprehend the pulse of the everyday American and at one point inexplicably interprets the message of 1984 by George Orwell as being "people have to trust their leaders more". Did she even read that book? If she had, maybe she'd understand why people weren't keen on her.

Seriously, if I wanted to hear about how someone's failure is on everyone but them, I'll talk to my 3 year old when she breaks something. Oh wait, my 3 year old even knows how to accept her failures as her own.

This book is worth the time if you are looking for a comedy. I just got through this train wreck and realized it is a book of excuses. Very painful to read. Wait until it hits the .99 cent bin in a week or two.

It's pathetic and immature that Clinton can't accept personal responsibility for her loss. She was a terrible candidate and had a hard time defeating Bernie. Only for the super-delegates in California, Bernie would have beaten her.

Most qualified person in the country loses....wha happened????????

It was fascinating learning how the "most qualified person in the country" is a victim of the same Russians she sold 25% of our Uranium mines to. I never realized this powerful pants suit aficionado would lose only because of other white women, Bernie Sanders, Barack Obama, Jill Stein, James Comey, poor voter data, voter suppression, sexism, racism, the New York Times, that G-dforsaken electoral college, bad polling, voter ID laws, gullible Americans, and most of all, fake news. To think this strong, dynamic, deep thinking, selfless humanitarian could have been our POTUS brings actual tears to me eyes. My only solace is that now she and her loving life partner Bill can now spend more quality time together. I hear a close personal friend has offered them a second honeymoon on his private Little Saint James island, it's well deserved!

What happened is she can not take responsibility for many of her own actions and blames her failure on sexism.

Ironically, it's things like this that cause people on the fence go to the other side just to spite her.

This is the best science fiction book I have read in years. I love the alternative universe part! The space aliens pretending to be Russian Hackers is especially creative. Skip the love scenes with Bill...that's a little out there.

I read from some other sources that Amazon deleted some 900 reviews, a lot of which were posted before the book was even released. The ones I posted above are the remaining ones. So there were indeed some fake ones. That's beside the point. The point is that people hate this bitch so intensely that they couldn't wait to savage her new book.

I fully agree with Amazon deleting bogus reviews. Part of the appeal of ordering from Amazon is that you have some confidence the reviewers are genuine experiencers sharing their honest impressions. Bogus reviews threaten the integrity of the whole reviewing process.

However...I enjoy reading the funny reviews regardless if they are real or not. The woman inspires such hatred that it often manifests itself in hilarious ways.

And I agree that it's not just the overtly negative reviews that might be suspect; anyone giving such a piece of trash five stars is likely a fanboy or girl reviewing her candidacy and not her book.
