I know all will (or might) shift POI with/without suppressor. is there a brand or mount with the reputation to do it the least, or hopefully, not at all?..

Largely barrel to barrel, gun to gun variance, but some suppressor shift more than others.

I've had repeatable luck with Surefire. I have seen AAC 51s not so so well.

Shift is fine so long as it's repeatable.

Generally a taper mount style like Thunderbeast (TBAC), Dead Air, Griffin, etc use is the best type for minimal and repeatable POI shift. Surefire and Silencerco also have excellent reputations in this area.

The large majority of top 100 PRS shooters who use suppressors us Silencerco or TBAC.

There will be a poi shift but for most is it repeatable. I'd look at TBAC for precision shooting or Ops INC or AE suppressors. Look at the differences in weight and listen to them on video. I personally would look at TBAC because of the weight and rock solid repeatable shooting.
